Tom joined Burns & Wilcox as an Underwriter to work alongside top industry performers in the specialty insurance wholesaler sector. Tom's proven track record in business development as a relationship manager for key clients, vendors, and carriers complements his ability to craft strategic placement solutions with tailored programs. Featured products and areas of focus include High Value, High Profile, Family Office, Course of Construction, Specialty Property Coverage, and Layered Excess Liability.

Prior to joining the organization, Tom established a background in the retail insurance agency segment. During this time Tom held positions in P&C related to both account management and new revenue production, followed by a role within Keystone Agency Partners where he was responsible for the direction and oversight of two Personal Lines offices for Guy Hurley.

Tom is recognized for his passion in peer collaboration, marketing innovation, growth strategy, risk mitigation, and continuing professional development. Tom is also an active member of the PRMA and previously sat on the board for the Metro Detroit Young Professionals networking group.
