Rick Sforzo

Senior Director, Claims Services

Rick is responsible for overseeing claims across all lines of business at Burns & Wilcox and Burns & Wilcox Brokerage. The Claims Team will provide a voice and advocacy to assist its customers with claims issues that may arise.
 
Rick and his dedicated team, work with our offices, retail clients, and insurer partners in management of claim related activities. Rick previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer for a large insurance carrier. In that role, Rick led a team of 40 claims professionals in six business divisions including Transportation, Property, Casualty, Professional and other classes.
 
Rick graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics from The College of Wooster in Ohio. He also has Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
