Lana’s insurance career has provided her with opportunities to work across multiple product lines including Personal Lines, Commercial Property & Casualty, Professional Liability, and even California Workers Compensation. Her focus has always been on underwriting operations and the service she provides to her agents is her top priority.

Lana has been with Burns & Wilcox since 2022. She started as an Inside Underwriter for Commercial Lines in the Scottsdale, AZ office. She relocated to Indianapolis in early 2024 and seized an opportunity to move to Professional Lines. She is passionate about the products and enjoys the challenge of finding the right coverage for each risk, whether they be large organizations or smaller ventures.

Lana is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and is working toward the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation.
