Kimberly McGinty is currently Burns & Wilcox-Underwriting Director, Environmental, focusing on Fire and Water Restoration Contractors and Storage Tank Liability Insurance.   Each of these focus areas require her to be familiar with both state and federal regulatory compliance requirements as well as ever-changing industry and franchise compliance updates.  Kimberly works coast to coast and has deep industry knowledge to ensure the carrier partners she works with can meet the specific and fluctuating needs of her clients.  With over 25 years of industry experience and a reputation for being an Environmental product expert, Kimberly guides her team to effectively place these segments of Environmental Liability business.
 
Kimberly graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts dgree before broadening her education at the The University of Memphis.   Kimberly began her career in the insurance industry as a Marketing Specialist for Sedgwick James/Marsh McClennan.  She then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst for Marsh Advantage America before joining Burns & Wilcox in 2005.  Since joining Burns & Wilcox, Kimberly has established herself as a licensed P&C producer having worked many years specializing in Professional Liability before moving into the Environmental sector.
