My background in insurance began in 1996 at the National Claims Service Center for Allstate handling sensitive calls in their CCPR unit which were specific to injury and deaths. After two years I started my first Brokerage job in the Miscellaneous E&O sector and began my education to secure my FL P&C License obtaining it late in 1998. After a year at the Brokerage, I obtained a role as a Claims Rep at Zurich which was short lived as I was afforded an Account Manager position at an Agency in Tampa that specialized in Architects & Engineers Professional Liability. Within two years I assumed the role as Producer and began generating a portfolio of great design clients. In 2008 I maneuvered to a new Agency to continue my niche servicing the design community and 2014 that Agency was acquired by a national outfit whereas I maintained my Producer role until 2020. In January of 2020 I became the FL Commercial Lines Manager for the national agency only to then assume the position of FL Operations Manager a year later giving up my design book of business to focus on management duties. I resigned in May 2024 only to begin my B&W carrier as Professional Liability Broker in February 2025
