Doug Looper is currently a Commercial Lines Underwriter with Burns & Wilcox Woodland Hills office in California, where he manages his own book of business writing the majority in Builder's Risks, DIC, Product Liability and always writing Artisan Contractors and LRO's. With over a decade of industry experience, Doug has spent his entire insurance career with Burns & Wilcox, and earned himself AINS and AU designations. Doug graduated with Highest Honors from ITT Technical Institute with a bachelor of science degree in Project Management, making him a great resource for surplus lines agents when it comes to hard to place risk and finding specific solutions to meet their needs.
