In a career spanning 17 years, Cree has worked as a Vice President/Broker, Senior Underwriter and Underwriter. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President/Senior Broker with Burns & Wilcox.
 
Cree has made a significant impact on the world of Specialty Wholesale Insurance. He's developed a successful Oil & Gas Consultants Program and leads a team of an Inside Broker, an Associate Broker and a Broker Assistant. He's a member of the Texas Surplus Lines Association and received a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration from Texas State University.
