With 10 years industry experience, Brad has specialized in CAT exposed property, including wind and flood.  Brad currently serves as Vice President, National Product Manager, Flood in Morehead City, North Carolina. Brad is best known for his abilities in managing client relationships, portfolio underwriting, leveraging technology, and flood product development within the wholesale and MGA/U space. Brad was recognized as The Insurer 2023 E&S Underwriting Rising Star of the Year, for the next generation of emerging leaders and a 2023 IBA Top Specialist Wholesale Broker for those who posses unique insights and highly developed skill sets tailored to their specialty.
 
Brad currently leads the Burns and Wilcox Flood Practice Group, where his responsibilities include managing the extensive portfolio of flood products for residential and commercial properties.  Under his leadership, the B&W Flood Practice Group has been recognized as a leader in the Flood Insurance space, including 2023 Inside P&C Specialty Team of the Year". Brad graduated from DeVry University- Illinois with a Bachelor of Technology, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
