Bob Quillman is a Regional Vice President at Burns & Wilcox, where he oversees the company’s business in Texas, including the collective performance of the offices in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston and San Antonio.
 
He focuses on driving the company’s aggressive growth strategy across the state as it expands its regional footprint and continues to develop its expertise. The Texas region specializes in Commercial, Professional and Personal Insurance, with more than 200 associates.
 
With over 30 years of insurance industry experience, Bob has held diverse, impactful leadership roles most notably at State Farm and Kemper Insurance. While at State Farm, he was known for his leadership in marketing, specifically reimagining department efficiencies and workflow on a national scale. As a Zone Marketing Director, he helped his field team achieve three consecutive years of record-setting production. He also held a role with the franchise relations team where he developed relationships with small business franchises to drive Commercial Property & Casualty business, resulting in double-digit new business premium.
 
Bob holds producer licenses in Property & Casualty, Surplus Lines, and Life & Health, along with Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) Program designations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in risk management and insurance from Illinois Wesleyan University and is actively involved with mentoring students.
