Bundy is responsible for overseeing the San Diego market operations and expanding the office’s growth strategy. She reports to Rich Gobler, Senior Vice President, Western U.S, Burns & Wilcox.

For the past five years, Bundy served as a Vice President at RT Specialty and was one of her group’s top producing Professional Liability brokers. While at RT, she designed and implemented a mentorship platform for new hires and was regularly recognized for the program’s effort in quickly developing associates and helping them advance into producer roles.
