Larry Paulaski Joins as Regional Vice President, Southwest, Brett Faustman Comes Aboard as Managing Director, Michigan
FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH. (JULY 29, 2024) — Burns & Wilcox, a globally recognized leader in wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting, today announced the addition of Larry Paulaski as Regional Vice President, Southwest; and Brett Faustman, Managing Director, Michigan. The new hires underscore the company’s previously announced expansion plans and its intent to expand the Burns & Wilcox footprint across North America and worldwide.

Paulaski will have responsibility over the Burns & Wilcox offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas and Scottsdale. Based in Arizona, Paulaski will report to Rich Gobler, Senior Vice President, Western U.S. He joins Burns & Wilcox with more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently holding a variety of regional leadership roles at Liberty Mutual. Paulaski holds an undergraduate degree from Fairmont State University in West Virginia and a master’s degree from West Virginia University.
As the new Managing Director for Burns & Wilcox in Michigan, Faustman will oversee the company’s offices in Metro Detroit and Grand Rapids. He will report to Bryant Steele, Regional Vice President, Midwest. Prior to Burns & Wilcox Faustman spent 15 years in production and leadership roles at Zurich North America, Federated Insurance, Ally Financial and Arrowhead Insurance. He has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Central Michigan University.
Through the first half of 2024, hiring of senior leaders and producers across Burns & Wilcox is up more than 50% and company revenue is up over 20% compared to prior year.
