Over the span of her 20+ years in the industry, Heather has achieved the CPRIA, Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor designation. She's also been a million-dollar producer in the Private Client sector. She is currently Burns & Wilcox-AVP, National Private Client Product Manager.  Heather launched and oversees the Burns & Wilcox Private Client Practive which is made up of a Personal Lines UW Director, as well as Private Client Underwriters. The Private Client team partners with select Private Client brokers in order to provide custom and unique insurance solutions for thier clients.
 
Heather has also developed significant programs and products, including Excess PD, EQ Buyback and a Private Client PAF Program. She is best known for her passion around team development, outstanding marketing, product development and the unique solutions she finds for brokers.  
 
Heather is an active member of PRMA, Private Risk Management Association and loves her work as Co-chair of the Ohio Chapter, IICF, Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation which allows her to contribute to many philanthropic causes in her homestate of Ohio.
